How do I cancel a booking?

Please be aware lower priced purchases are mostly non-refundable, but in some cases there may be a cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your booking. 

Unfortunately, the cancellation automations across the industry are still not very mature making the process administration heavy. 

For this reason we recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance before booking.

Please submit a "CANCELLATION" ticket and upload any documents required to evidence any acceptable reasons for cancellation.
