How do I make a complaint?

Due to the complex nature of the travel industry on occasions, sometimes things can go wrong or fall short of the high standards of service we offer or expect from our suppliers. 


We’re here to help. You can lodge your complaint via a formal attachment on a support ticket titled "COMPLAINT", or via email to [email protected] email address where a member of the Management Team will handle it directly.


Please keep the content concise setting out the issue and clearly setting out expectations for a resolution.


The founders of Cypher Travel would like to take this opportunity to apologise if you are unhappy with any part of your experience. We aim to resolve the complaint within 28 days pending a full investigation, please be aware that during peak seasons this may take a little longer.
