At Cypher Travel we value all the support our closed community provides us by paying a small nominal fee to access the closed community special negotiated pricing.

These payments help Cypher Travel manage our platform operating costs in order to keep the travel products at the lowest price possible.

Note: As the platform is designed to give you access to our special negotiated rates, in compensation of the membership fee. If you have logged in and carried out searches the membership will not be refundable as the service we provide for that would have been utilised.

If you have not carried out searches please do not run a search and submit a support ticket with the QUERY TYPE prefix of CANCEL_MEMBERSHIP. We will run a check and refund the applicable membership less any transaction processing fees.
