How to submit a support Ticket?

Firstly, have a thorough read of our FAQ articles and if you can't find an answer to your question, then raise a ticket using the 'Submit Ticket' in the top right of the Cypher Travel Help Centre.

Click the burger menu on the top right of the page
Then click the 'Submit Ticket' link in the side bar menu on the left
Note: When completing the Customer Support Ticket, please ensure you clearly enter the Query Type and the booking reference as below:
Finally, upload any supporting documentation as required.
