Do you offer Umrah Visa Authorised Hotels?

In order to obtain an Umrah visa, international pilgrims from June 2025 must book licensed hotels registered with the Nusuk Masar Platform and upload proof of booking during the visa application process. 

This new rule, applies to all international Umrah visa applicants, including those on Umrah-plus-tourism visas. The hotels must be licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Tourism and Civil Defence, and their bookings must be electronically approved on the Nusuk platform.

Here's a breakdown of the key verification rules:

• Mandatory Booking: Securing a hotel reservation in both Makkah and Madinah is now a prerequisite for visa issuance.
• Nusuk Platform: All bookings must be validated through the official Nusuk Masar platform.
• Licensed Hotels: Only hotels licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Tourism and Civil Defence are eligible.
• Electronic Approval: Hotels must electronically approve the booking on the Nusuk platform.
• Matching Dates: The booking dates must align with the pilgrim's travel dates as stated in the visa application.
• Integrated Package: The hotel booking must be fully integrated into the pilgrim's overall Umrah package.
• Visa Rejection: Applications without verified hotel bookings will be automatically rejected.
